Attention @yahoo email users:
Unfortunately, Yahoo does not allow mail to be sent outside of its own infrastructure. This means that a yahoo email cannot be used outside of yahoo.com
However, Clear Estimates has worked around this to continue to allow you to use the “Send to Customer” feature. When an email is sent to a customer using the “Send to Customer” feature, it will appear to the customer from the email support@clearestimates.com. When the customer replies to that email, it will be sent to your @yahoo.com email.
Note: it is possible for the customer to reply to support@clearestimates.com. If this happens, we will forward the reply to you. To avoid the possibility of this happening altogether, choose the “Print Preview” > “PDF” option and then send an email with the estimate attached outside of Clear Estimates.

Nothing else has changed for @yahoo.com email accounts. You are still able to use the “Send to Customer” feature.
