Overview
Clear Estimates makes it easy to manage your subscription right from the software!
Those preferences are found by logging into your account and heading to your “Options” tool in the upper right corner of your screen:
Use the menu on the left to find the "My Account" section. To cancel, click "Cancel Subscription" at the very bottom. For any other subscription changes, click "Manage Subscription".
If you click "Manage Subscription", this will open up your Customer Portal. Your Customer Portal is where you will update your payment information, change your subscription plan, view billing / payment history, and find out when your next billing cycle occurs. You can also cancel your subscription / unsubscribe from the Customer Portal, as well!
Reactivate / resubscribe
For cancelled accounts
If you are a previous subscriber and your subscription is currently cancelled, head to the sign up page to sign up again. Use the same account email to resubscribe to a previous account.
For paused accounts
If your account is paused, a team member will need to unpause your account for you. Send us a message using the chat button on our website, and click the talk to a person option. Or, you can reach us at support@clearestimates.com or 1-800-540-3935 to unpause your account.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking Options in the top right corner of Clear Estimates. Then, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the menu on the left side. This will show you the steps:

Refunds
We issue refunds for payments made within the past 30 days, and when you are also cancelling your account. Please send us a message at support@clearestimates.com with your account email to request your refund. You can find out more about our refund policy here.
