Overview  

By default, your part's report text should include the part quantity (QTY) and will display that on the proposal.

If you open your parts with the Pencil, you can scroll to the Report Text section and double check that your proposal text includes the [QTY]:

​If you open your part with the pencil and see that the QTY is missing from the report text, simply click the Quantity button to insert the part quantity into your Formal proposal text:
 

 That will automatically insert the part quantity on your proposal:
